A short history
The Century, ensconced in the vibrant heart of Soho, is a members club that celebrates the enduring spirit of creativity and innovation.
Founded in 2001, the club quickly gained a reputation as a hub for artists, writers, musicians, and other creatives. Its expansive yet intimate setting created an environment where members could mingle with like-minded individuals and share their work in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
Today, it is a space that embodies the very essence of Soho, where the creative and the curious come together to engage, collaborate, and innovate.
Our Spaces
Set across three buildings in Soho, The Century offers a relaxing environment with lounges, meeting rooms, event spaces, a dining room and excellent food and drink. And its outstanding feature is its roof, whose three terraces offer unparalleled views across the capital with all-year-round access.

- Comedy Carnival brings you a night of top-tier international stand-up, featuring the effortlessly charming Tom Houghton, the sharp-witted Josh Baulf, Canadian comedy talent Matt Foster, and the brilliant Keith Farnan, as seen on Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, keeping the laughs rolling as MC. • Tom Houghton, “The Honourable” master of making privilege hilarious, has gone viral on TikTok and Instagram, toured acclaimed Fringe shows, and appeared on The Circle (Netflix), First Dates Hotel (Channel 4), and Roast Battle (Comedy Central). • Josh Baulf quickly made a name for himself, winning The Comedy Store’s King Gong, the Get-Up Stand Up competition, and performing at the London Palladium, cementing his status as a rising star in UK comedy. • Matt Foster, a Canadian stand-up now based in London, has headlined comedy clubs across Canada and the UK, earning a spot in the Just For Laughs Originals series and performing on global stages. • Keith Farnan, best known from Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, is a sharp-witted Irish comedian who has sold out shows worldwide, from the Edinburgh Festival to the Soho Theatre, with TV appearances on Comedy Central, BBC Three, and Showtime.
