Interpersonal conflict is unavoidable. It is part of living, working and leading people. However, conflict can become very constructive if we know how to handle it. ‘This conflict management for power and influence’ workshop will equip you with essential skills and strategies for navigating conflicts in power-dynamic contexts. You will learn about various types of conflict, power types, influence strategies, with an opportunity to identify your own conflict management styles through a pre-session assessment. We will explore a few ways to go from conflict to resolution with assertive compassion, excellence and impact.
