Restaurant Manager:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate restaurant manager to ensure the smooth running of our club restaurants, ensuring high standards are met at all times.

The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the senior managers to run a successful operation in terms of finance, product, and people and form a strong working relationship with the head chef and kitchen team to consistently deliver a great customer experience.

The successful candidate will be charismatic & personable with a disciplined approach to delivering outstanding service.


  • Excellent Food and Beverage product knowledge, with skills to develop menus and pricing.

  • Good knowledge of quality fresh food & a sound understanding of wine

  • Great customer service skills

  • Natural ability to motivate and coach your team to meet the high standards expected.

Floor Manager:

We are looking for an exceptional Floor Manager to oversee the smooth running of the club day to day floor operations and club events.

You’ll be consistent, reliable and have a real passion and flair for what you do, with the ability to build relationships with both our members and guests. You will have previous experience in a similar management role, you will understand how to deliver exemplary service, working at pace, with a positive and engaging personality.


  • Experience in managing a team operationally for events

  • Good food and beverage product knowledge
