The Century Club Membership Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 27th July 2023
1. Membership Fees
- Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Termination of Membership
- A minimum of one month’s notice must be given in writing before terminating membership.
3. Guest Policy
- Guests must wait for the member to arrive at the club before gaining access to the member floors.
- Each member is allowed to bring up to four guests at any given time. To bring additional guests, members must obtain prior approval from the membership team.
- Members must not leave the club before their guests, except with prior arrangement and at the discretion of management.
4. Conduct and Behavior
- Members and their guests are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times. Any conduct deemed inappropriate by the management may result in termination of membership.
5. Dress Code
- Members and their guests are required to adhere to the club’s dress code. Casual attire is acceptable, but the management reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate dress.
6. Use of Facilities
- The facilities of The Century Club are for the exclusive use of members and their guests. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests abide by club rules.
- Damage to club property by a member or their guests will be the financial responsibility of the member.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
- Members must respect the privacy of other members and guests. Sharing any personal information or business conducted within the club without explicit consent is prohibited.
8. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of membership.
9. Mobile Phone and Device Usage
- Mobile phones and electronic devices should be used discreetly. Loud conversations or disruptive behavior due to device usage is not permitted.
10. Refunds and Credits
- Any money left in credit on a member’s account is non-refundable under any circumstances.
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- The Century Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or official club communication channels.
12. Food and Drink Policy
- Please note that no outside food or drink, including snacks and sweets, may be consumed on club premises. As a small business, we rely on hospitality revenue to sustain our operations. Additionally, there are health and safety concerns associated with consuming food prepared outside of our establishment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all members.
By becoming a member of The Century Club, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your membership.
