Do you want to learn more about Wine and about Jazz without getting too technical and while enjoying yourselves in the company of one of the wine trade's most delightful, charming and well loved figures? Then join us on the 4th July for a wholly unique opportunity at Century Club, Soho London.

Join us for a relaxed evening of Wine and Jazz with Steven Spurrier, Millie Baring and some of London's finest Jazz performers, as we take you on a sensory journey for your taste buds and your ears. Taste two of the fine wines on Century Club's list, usually only available by the bottle, expertly guided by Decanter Magazine's "2017 Man of the Year", renowned wine critic and the man behind the infinitely famous Judgment of Paris, which in 1976 changed the course of the wine trade forever.

Steven will be giving an intimate talk on his experiences in the world of wine to just 35 lucky guests. This will be complemented and interspersed with live performances of his favourite Jazz choices, coupled with anecdotes from both Steven and Jazz musicians Jimmy Cannon and Elizabeth Tillotson on the music, its provenance and what the pieces means to them. All in a wonderfully intimate setting within the stylish Century Club, in the heart of Soho.

Few people outside of his close circle know of Steven's deep passion for Jazz alongside the main love of his life - Wine. He has been known to have Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald and Johnny Hodges among others blasting out of the open windows of his 4th floor office in the early evening, much to the enjoyment (promise!) of his neighbours.

Join us for this special evening of wisdom, wit and exceptional live music and learn about what Jazz and Wine have meant to Steven through the years. We will also be discussing the similarities between Wine and Jazz throughout the evening in a unique, relaxed and highly enjoyable way.
