Emerging Artist is a new initiative championing bold creatives as they shape the future of theatre and storytelling. This inaugural forum invites members inside the creative process, offering an intimate look at how new work is conceived, developed, and refined.
Hosted by producer Elissa Gerrand, the conversation will feature writer-actor Leo Oliva and director Gus Hodgson, joined by a fellow emerging artist. Together they will discuss the realities of building ambitious new work from the ground up, what fuels their creative decisions, and how collaboration evolves at early stages of development. They will also share insights from the development of Patria o Muerte, a bold new production currently in progress.
