For one night only, we invite members and guests to experience a menu inspired by the beautiful region of Puglia, where rustic ingredients, sun-ripened produce, and simple yet refined cooking come together to create unforgettable dishes. Our chef has prepared a seasonal menu that captures the spirit of the region, paired thoughtfully with wines from Don Cataldo producers, from our trusted wine supplier Matteo, to complement each course.
